fantastic location with clean spacious rooms

i had a superior twin room and slept very soundly after long flights. the hotel is well maintained and straightforward. the location is excellent right in the centre, it was easy to use the fly toget train from the airport.

the parking costs were not advertised adequately, it was 500kr per day.

The hotel has parking in the basement. This was important as i had a car. there is a fly toget train for transportation from the airport. this train is fast, frequent, and very clean.

the breakfast buffet was expansive. i find many choices available and the coffee was strong. my room had a great view of the surrounding buildings. i appreciated how quiet the room was at night, it helped me sleep.

the elevators was slow. i had to wait a while sometimes. there was no mini-fridge in the room, which I feel it was a standard for hotels these days. i did not like no complimentary water bottles in the room when I arrived. i want them to be available after traveling.

the staff helped a lot when i had problems with the parking garage. breakfast had a fantastic array of choices! my upgraded room was spacious. i definitely recommend this hotel due to its prime location and excellent service.

i noticed that the hotel seems a bit old, and the low ceilings contribute to a slightly darker ambiance.

The breakfast area had really good staff, especially dragana, and her politeness was really something. The food variety impressed me with so many choices, and the scrambled eggs were the best i've ever tasted. The freshness was AMAZING!!!

The staff was attentive, and they quickly addressed my request for a room with a walk-in shower. Breakfast offered a HUGE variety. The best I have ever experienced. I found the bed quite comfortable for a restful night.
